Novari’s virtual care technology has been quickly called upon to assist in delivering care during the COVID-19 pandemic. We are currently working seven days a week on continuing to provide patients the ability to see a healthcare professional without the need to visit a hospital emergency department or their primary care physician’s office. Virtual care is a powerful tool and is being leveraged during these difficult times. We are developing and implementing COVID-19 specific functionality in our Novari eVisit virtual care solution. Our team’s sense of purpose has never been stronger.
As a civic duty, and for the safety of our staff, Novari is temporarily closing our offices and implementing a work from home policy. This action is being taken as our contribution to “social distancing” and the local, national and international effort to slow COVID-19. Slowing the spread of the disease will help mitigate the pressure on our healthcare system and its physicians and nurses. Novari has been using collaborative virtual technology for years so this transition may appear seamless to our clients and should not impact our operations.
Finally, we would like to remind everyone to wash your hands.
